Beginner
Starting from hiragana and katakana, learn basic expressions necessary for daily life. Balance the four skills—conversation, listening, reading, and writing—to build a solid foundation in Japanese.
Pre-Intermediate
Beyond daily life, learn expressions useful in school and work settings. Review foundational grammar while developing the ability to construct more complex sentences.
Intermediate
Express your own thoughts and opinions using reasons and examples. Develop comprehension skills and confidence in speaking, building toward fluent self-expression.
Upper-Intermediate
Understand abstract and specialized content with reasonable accuracy. Develop logical analysis skills, read newspapers fluently, and respond appropriately to context.
Advanced
Master specialized and abstract topics in Japanese. Express, discuss, and present ideas with confidence. Prepare for academic Japanese at university and graduate school levels.
